Development Grants Officer
Carolyne joined m2m in January 2011 and is responsible for proposal development and grant management of grants related to cross-cutting, inter-departmental and core support. She has an extensive background in HIV & AIDS not-for-profit organizations in Africa, most recently as Programs Development Advisor at INERELA+ (International Network of Religious Leaders Living with or Personally affected by HIV and AIDS) seconded by VSO (Voluntary Services Overseas). Carolyne’s key competencies include fundraising for developmental projects; budgeting and sub-granting; design of projects and monitoring and evaluation frameworks; development of information, education and communication resources; coordination of impact research as well as mentoring and coaching of staff in-house. Carolyne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from University of Nairobi and has qualifications in project management and curriculum development of HIV and AIDS peer education. |
