Learning and practicing to peel vegetables is an important step to ensure healthy nutrition in college and university life. This competition is open to children between 8-15 years old. There will be a winner for each age group (8-10, 11-13, 14-15). Vegetables in the competition will include carrots, potatoes, celery and cucumbers. The fastest peeler will get an HMV voucher!
Cecilia Neri Linares holds a MSc in Nutrition Education from Columbia University and a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from Hunter College. For the past six years she has run her private clinic in Hong Kong and London (see www.e-nutritionist.net).
