Derek Lubner is the Marketing Director of Innovate in London. He was schooled in Johannesburg, obtained his Business Management degree at San Diego State University. He completed his MBA at Cranfield University while living in London. He worked in London, Los Angeles and Johannesburg for Belron International (the global leader in automotive glass replacement) as a marketing manager. He has also been involved in a number of start-up businesses, ranging from publishing to software. He serves on the board of the Community Chest, South African National Youth Orchestra, and runs his parents’ foundation – MAID (Make an Immediate Difference). He lives in London, is married to Janet Lubner and has two children, Rafael and Julia.
