The Presidential Citizens Medal is one of the highest honors the President can confer upon a civilian, second only to the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Dr Mitch Besser was given the Award by President Bush in the Oval Office, and it is an honor to be shared with everyone associated with mothers2mothers.
