Director, Human Resources With her corporate and HR experience, Roshon has a grounded understanding of what challenges managers face in changing organisations. Roshon joins mothers2mothers from Sanlam where she was a Senior Organization Development (OD) consultant, responsible for organisation transformation and performance enhancement. Previously, she has worked for Syfrets, ACSA, Nedbank and FNB in various senior consultant roles within human resources management. Roshon has implemented corporate coaching programmes, and has both designed and delivered personal mastery programmes. She is also a pro bono lecturer at a tertiary institute for business studies for underprivileged students.Roshon holds a BA degree from UCT, Masters Diploma in HR: Rand Afrikaans University, Foundation Management Certificate: Gordon Institute of Business/ University of Pretoria and a Post Graduate certificate in Coaching Practice: University of Stellenbosch and Middle Essex University, UK. She is currently completing an MA in coaching practice with i-coach academy and the University of Middlesex. She is a member of COMENSA. Roshon is married to an entrepreneur, and has a teenage son. |
