Thabisile is one of the newest members to the m2m team. Before joining our staff, she was the Manager of the Employee Wellness Programme at Ithala Development Finance Corporation, where amongst other responsibilities, she designed and implemented the Employee Wellness Programme, Monthly Health & Wellness Newsletters, HIV/AIDS interventions, conducted HIV/AIDS counseling sessions and was involved in training educators.

She has experience as a part time lecturer in Nursing Administration and previously also worked as an Occupational Health Nurse Manager.

Thabisile relaxes by baking, cooking and reading.

At least 12 million children in sub-Saharan Africa have lost their parents or caregivers to AIDS-related illnesses. mothers2mothers provides the knowledge, support and hope required for preserving a mother's health so she can live to raise her child.

More than 95% of the mothers in our program are tested for HIV vs. a national average of 20%. Nearly all of them give birth to HIV-negative children.
