mothers2mothers (m2m) supporter Laure Heriard Dubreuil spoke at the French Institute Alliance Francaise in New York City on 4 May on her creative style, the establishment of her boutiques, and her interest in promoting women and children’s health. Laure is the CEO and Founder of The Webster, an exclusive multi-brand luxury boutique with locations in South Beach and Bal Harbour, Florida, and most recently Houston, Texas. In her presentation, Laure discussed the opportunities presented to her, the challenges she faces, and her vision for The Webster. As a busy businesswoman, wife, and mother, she also talked about her passion for philanthropy and supporting mothers in Africa, and how she works to raise awareness about m2m’s lifesaving work at all of her boutiques and with her colleagues and clients. “I believe that mothers play such a critical role in the health of their children and families, and what really drew me to m2m is that fact that mothers are at the heart of their efforts to eliminate paediatric AIDS and create healthy communities,” she says.
