A Million Meters for mothers2mothers is part of m2m’s biggest challenge event to date – Cycle2Zero@home.

By rowing one million meters, we can draw attention to m2m’s vital work saving the lives of women and children living with HIV across sub-Saharan Africa, and raise critical funds to support them, their families, and their communities.

With COVID-19 now hitting these vulnerable populations with full force across Africa, our work – and your support – to keep these families and communities informed, safe, and healthy, has never been more critical. Our frontline staff – the amazing women living with HIV we employ as Mentor Mothers across 10 countries – are bolstering sub-Saharan Africa’s under-resourced health systems while supporting their clients to stay healthy and safe in the face of two pandemics—COVID-19 and HIV.

Add 25% more to your donation at no cost to you. A Gift Aid declaration allows mothers2mothers to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to mothers2mothers we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you.

A Million Meters for mothers2mothers is part of m2m’s biggest challenge event to date – Cycle2Zero@home. Cycle2Zero is m2m’s epic cycling adventure which usually takes place in one of the ten African countries where we work. This year, due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, we are bringing the cycle to you! Whether in your home, your garden, or your local park, together we will collectively pedal 5,000km, and raise vital funds to support m2m Mentor Mothers. No bike, no problem? You can walk, run, or row your way to the finish line.
